The Husband asked me last night about the best diet pills in the market. He knows that I spend half of my day visiting blogs, threads, and yahoogroups about women, which means I’m knowledgeable about these things. But I’m not. I find myself skipping topics that deal with weight loss, fitness, post pregnancy exercises, food to eat, etc lately. I used to read labels on food before, calculate calories, exercise 4x a week to keep my body in shape. But now, I’m just too tired to care. And with Sandy’s non-stop nursing making it impossible for me to gain weight no matter how many plates of rice I eat, extra pounds are the last thing on my mind. Now, getting enough sleep is a different story. That’s something I badly need to work on.
