Mr. DIY
Posted on March 2nd, 2008 | by dzoi |I’m a Computer Engineering graduate but I’m embarrassed to say that I dislike PC assembly so much. Figuring out which slot an interface card should go gives me the headaches. I prefer to buy desktop PCs off the rack even if they are a bit more expensive. However, my husband, just like any other men I know prefers to build stuff from scratch. He even comes to a point where he refuses to check the manual unless he has already spent 2 hours figuring out how the thing works. If ever we’ll buy a new desktop, he’ll most probably want to get those PC Kits at easyasmypc.com. The kits come with easy to follow instructions and diagrams of the parts that you bought making it easy for anyone to build a PC from scratch. Based from the site, you can save up to $1000 if you go for the kits as opposed to buying pre-assembled Dell or HP desktops. Not bad at all, right? Not only I get to save money but I can even “let” The Husband brag about the fact that he assembled a PC on his own.
