JOB OPENING: Customer Service Associate - Work from Home

WebApplica is a virtual office. This means you get to work from home, with a MINIMUM of 35 working hours a week. The company will pay for the DSL connection.
Essential Functions
Associate will replicate problems and reply to the tickets in a timely manner.
Responsible in monitoring which tickets should be closed, re-assigned or re-opened.
Will be communicating with clients through phone(inbound or outbound), e-mail correspondence, chat
sessions, fax or written correspondence related to customer inquiries and/or sales.
Will be guiding the clients on how to edit their web page contents / set up their web sites using the admin tool.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Work schedule is night shift but Agent must be flexible to work any shift as business dictates.
This is a virtual company so all employees work from home.
Requirements:
Must know HTML
BA or BS degree-holder
Excellent command of the English Language in oral or written form
Strong ability to multi-task
Technically proficient in Windows Operating Systems, Office applications, Antivirus products,
Knowledge in Animation/Graphics/Utility software and other well-known applications
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent time management skills; good listener; can work independently under minimum supervision
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Must be willing to work from home.
Willing to work in shifts including graveyard
