Mother’s Day equals Shopping Day
Posted on April 28th, 2008 | by dzoi |I’ll never get enough of shopping online. Just last Friday, I talked to a friend who will have a training in the US and we immediately came up with a plan to fill up a box that she can take home with her. As of this moment, I’m browsing through 1-coupons.com to shop online for clothing, shoes, boots, luggage, home furniture and bedding and almost absolutely anything I can lay me eyes on. I’m not rich I tell you, but I have this special list of things to buy that I reserve whenever a friend or relative comes home from the States. Shopping online is just so much practical and absolutely the best way for me to cut my list short. With the help of coupon codes, I can save about $100-$300 on items compared to buying them from the local stores.
I’m seriously considering on getting refurbished Macbooks from Apple. This means I’ll have to sell my HP laptop to be able to pay for the refurbished macbook.
The deal is too good to resist - a savings of more than $350 on a 13.3-inch, 2.16GHz Intel Core 2 Duo. I’m considering it because I’m not yet sure of the disadvantages of buying refurbished laptops even if it’s Apple certified. The odds are 60-40 as of this moment, in favor of getting one. My friend also mentioned Buy.com because she has been getting her gadgets from this site for almost two years now. They have a no interest for 6 months on purchases over $399 which I might use for the macbook. I’ll just need to convince an old client and also a friend if I can ride on his credit card.
Lastly, since Mother’s day is almost here, I want to treat myself with this beautiful carat sky blue topaz bracelet in sterling silver. Original price is $300 but I can get it for only $90. We’re talking about 70% off here. Didn’t I say online shopping is the best?
