Talked to my brother last Saturday and he’s thinking of pursuing his printing business. He initially planned to do the operation in our house in Sampaloc but decided to rent a smaller place instead. He still needs help with the capital and asked me if I want to partner with him. I had my own share of printing experience but don’t really consider myself an expert so I had to decline. I also believe it’s not wise to do business with families and friends because of money involved. There is a lot of stuff that needs to be bought like plate setters, high speed copiers, poster printers, etc. He’s also looking into engraving natural fabrics so the printing house will need laser engraving machines as well. I’m very happy about my brother’s decision to put up his own printing company. He’s been in this industry for more than 10 years he’s very good in both creative and business part. I definitely feel that he will succeed. This has been his long time dream so I really hope that he can make it work. Plus they just had a new baby and you know how luck just seem to keep coming in whenever there’s a new bundle of joy in the family.
