How many sq meters is your place, and how many people live there?
We live in a two-house property which were converted in one big house. The combined house has about 90 to 120 sqm per floor, two floors, four bedrooms and two maid’s quarters. Six adults, one toddler.

How much is your electricity bill monthly? Water?
Electricity on the first house where our bedroom and most of the appliances are located – Php 8800. Other house – Php 4500

Water – Php 3000-Php 4000. Unbelievably high, yes. The homeowners said it’s because our water has commercial rates whatever that means. And we run out of water a lot during major black outs.

Drinking water – Php 250 a week

Internet – Php 2,000 (free from my company)
Phone landline – Php 800
Prepaid mobile – Php 300
Cable TV – Php 750
Fuel/Gas – Php 1,000 a week?

Groceries – Php 2500-Php 3000 a week. Que horror. And this is just for me, Sandy, The husband and our yaya ha. Doesn’t include my brother-in-law and mom-in-law’s food yet. Includes fresh milk and Sandy’s snacks.
Eating out – Php 700 – Php 1000 a week

My phone (installment) – Php 2,000/month

We charge a lot on our credit card too because we buy gadgets on an installment basis, usually at 0%. All my paypal earnings go directly to our credit card accounts.
