The Value of Money

My cousin called my today and asked if he can borrow my credit card. Apparently he maxed out all his credit cards buying air soft guns and war gears. I know all about his expenses and I’m pretty sure he needs the money to buy more air soft guns so I wasn’t really happy to loan him anything. Since he has been working for more than six months now (he graduated just last year), I told him to try applying for payday loans. This way, he won’t have the convenient excuse that he can’t pay for the loan just because he’s my favorite cousin. I believe in teaching kids (he’s 21!) the value of money that if they need to buy something, they need to work harder than usual. Besides, I know he’ll feel better in the future when he can proudly tell himself that he bought his stuff without any help from his parents and close friends.
