One of the reasons why I’m working out is so I can persuade the husband to do the same. I always tell him how good it feels to run after every work out that he’s probably tired of hearing about it. He just laughs whenever I ask him when he’s planning to exercise. He used to run too but he’s just too tired to do it anymore. And I know he’d rather use the free time playing his guitar or watch TV so he can escape for at least an hour or two. If I can’t make him exercise again, his last option is just to take weight loss pills. He always asks around for the best diet pills which just proves that he really have no plans to lose weight the old way anymore.
