I took care of myself today. I ate healthy food, I ran for 20 minutes and took a nap with my daughter. I am not hurried, not even worried that my list of tasks gets longer every minute that I spend on the bed. The important thing is I am taking care of myself. I’m also getting seven hours of sleep max each day as opposed to interrupted sleep every 1-2 hrs, for the last two and a half years.

I played a lot with my daughter too, something that I haven’t been able to do for the last couple of weeks. Work has been my main focus that I’ve forgotten the most important things in life. Gosh, I wish I could just transform into photos what I really feel today. Perhaps some scrapping will do. I better start recording these moments so I’ll have something nice to remember when I’m down.
