Seafood Meet Up
Posted on August 25th, 2008 | by dzoi |It was really nice seeing all the mommy bloggers again last Sunday. Although we weren’t able to chat that long, I am so happy with the food BWAHAHAHA. I ate a whole plate of buttered shrimp at home, thanks to leftovers. I managed to take home a whole plate of shrimps, a couple of baked mussels and some crabs.
Thanks so much Jacqui for organizing! Even our husbands had a great time eating and talking too. You will make Apol proud with your organizing skills. Grabe, I still can’t believe there were so many leftovers considering Jane spent hours eating all of them bwahaha.
As for the kids, all of them were behaved especially Sophia with her sinigang na hipon. Aggie was late and when they arrived, Martha greeted all of us by saying ”whoooaaarrr”. Jody was there too even if she had an event that afternoon. Abie sold tons of books, thanks to the kids who colored them haha. And I spent half the time watching Sandy while chatting with the mommies. I think everyone got tired because of the weather, though. We had to cut the afternoon short because the kids were all sleepy and even though it was raining, the place was a bit warm.
I have yet to upload the photos but this is what I can say – if ever I get pregnant again, I wish I can look as sexy and pretty as the preggy mommies last Sunday (Mich, Jane and Peachy).
I will update this later with our group photo. I’m already looking forward to the next meet up this coming October. Jane, I hope you’ve hired contractors already for the swimming pool 
Lastly, Apols, thanks for the contribution. Even if you weren’t there, your money was well spent bwahahaha.
