I found a tool online that lets you do a thorough genealogy search. The Husband has been planning to create his family tree for a year now but didn’t know how to start. With this tool, which can be found at publicgenealogy.org, searching for family records is now easy and very convenient. The search engine goes through hundreds of documents obtained from historical passenger registries, census records, death certificates, etc. They have a huge archive of popular family names that you can click through and see if you can trace it back to you.
After reading some of the articles, I can’t help but be excited about this. There’s this guy who had no idea about how great his great great uncle was until he used the genealogy tool. The Husband will have a blast for sure. And as much I’d like to say that I’m fine about how pretty ordinary my side of the family is, I hope something good and interesting will come up.
