Spent two hours this morning doing damage control at work. I’ve been very lazy lately that I don’t scan the full details of the project requests anymore. I always end up not finishing everything or messing up what’s been done by other programmers. I know I said I’m more competitive now but knowing that I still have loads of applications to study makes me want to stay in bed even if it’s already 8:30AM. My schedule, although not strictly implemented is 7AM so I can meet with my co-workers online.

We’ve seen houses and we hated most of them. There’s one that we really liked, design and budget-wise but the location is too far for me (Las Pinas). Even though I work from home, I prefer to go to Makati all the time where it’s near my friend’s, family, etc. But I guess if the house is bigger, I wouldn’t mind changing malls. So there’s no luck yet. Worst case scenario is to rent something cheaper (but big of course) and then save again for a much better property in the future. I’m thinking I don’t want to rush this. This is going to be our home for a long time. I’m still excited to shop for furniture though because we are moving out by hook or by crook.
