You won’t believe how huge I am these days. Remember my post about my mom telling me how fat I was three weeks ago, that was nothing. After eating 3 cups of rice per meal, snacks in the morning, afternoon and evening, I gained a whopping 8 lbs. My feet are huge, my thighs and legs feel like they are covered with fat (literally) and to make it worse, my skin has never been this dry. Sandy is to be blame mostly
. I eat her leftovers from cereals to cookies to chocolates to potato chips. So there’s no wonder why I blew up like a balloon. But I’m doing something about it. I hit the treadmill the other day and learned two things. One, I am so out of shape and two, you can’t run with Sandy around because she will want to talk to you the whole time. And you can’t run and talk at the same time. Unless you want to throw up like me.
Exercising is really hard work. It’s understandable that people find reasons to skip it and would try to lose extra pounds by not eating for days.
