The Husband is all about bathroom safety now after seeing Sandy run so fast she almost hit her head on the bathtub. He told me to purchase those cutesy bath mats online because Sandy hates stepping on anything utilitarian. We’ve tried so many bath mats but she won’t step on them unless they have a picture of a frog or a duck.

Anyway, while browsing through bath mats online, I stumbled upon a shop selling all kinds of bathroom safety products for our elders. There are bath chairs, grab bars, transfer benches and other products with photos I would rather not picture in my mind. But it was a comforting thought to know that there are plenty of safety products for our elders now unlike ten years ago when accidents happen left and right. So what more forty years from now eh? I’m betting you will be able to operate chairs and fly them from your room to the bathroom.
