I’m officially free. All projects are done and other potential work are not scheduled until next month. And like I mentioned on this post here, I can afford not to accept projects if it will mean that I’d get to re-design my portfolio website. And finish it I will. I’ll just have to stay away from online stores, websites with nice houses like Outer Banks rentals, gossip blogs and streaming TV shows.

I’ve been working on a character illustration of myself for the past three days and just finished dressing it up yesterday. Sandy loved it and kept suggesting on all kinds of things – from the color of her hair, her shoes, type of her skirt and even to the size of her accessories.

Now if only I can start with the web design itself, I’d be truly happy. I promised myself that I will not twit too much unless I have at least two of the pages coded properly. I’m pretty psyched about this project and know it will kick-ass both front-end and back-end. Well, if not other designers’ then most likely the first to the latest version of what I have.
