My friend’s favorite hangout lately are websites that handle Outer Banks foreclosures. She said it’s the only way they can afford to have their dream house. Remodeling houses, regardless how old it is, is the rage there. My latest project in fact is about contractors who remodel houses and I was surprised to the number of happy customers that they have. Anyway, I found this house and just fell in love with it. This three bedroom / bath is only a few minutes from the ocean, which is actually the main reason why I like it. My friend said she’ll have to win the lottery first before she can afford this. But just like what my client always say, dream big and you’ll be surprised.
