Zero Customer Service

We went to Philam’s office last week to settle one of our insurance policies. I was surprised to see that the personnel wasn’t very helpful considering we are paying huge money on their services. Granted it’s for our benefit but aren’t they investing the same money too? I couldn’t help but wonder how it is when God forbid, someone needs to claim benefits from life or disability insurance? Will they be as incompetent? I’m really hoping that she was just having a bad day. If I am in the middle of choosing between two insurance companies and had to talk to someone like her again, I’d definitely take my business to their competitor.
