Aside from shopping for clothes, I’m in the process of investing on several online products to further expand my freelancing career. Web hosting is a given but I’m considering getting a Hostgator reseller account because most of my new clients want me to host their sites as well.
As for my list, here it goes:
online backup – we can never be too sure and with my whole work depending on my laptop alone, I need to have several backup options
online invoicing tool – I have two free memberships which should be fine. But I’ve been gaining clients and been sending invoices every month so I need one that will let me do these things without limit.
updated stock photos – some of my clients shoulder this but I’m looking into purchasing one or two CDs that I can re-use for future projects
That’s about it really and doesn’t cost that much individually. But the combination of online back up and invoicing tool monthly will leave a huge dent when business is slim.
