I’ve been reading some of the best diet supplements the Internet has to offer for the last hour. It’s for The Husband who’s very much willing to try all kinds of supplements as long as it will take off at least 10 lbs from his total weight. He just wants to be lighter again so he can run more often and won’t get tired that much when playing basketball. I told him changing his eating habits will do wonders and he did. However, even if he cut down his rice intake at night (a big deal for him, really!), he still gets hungry one hour before we sleep so he’d munch on cookies or anything sweet. He’s not that big, if I’m being honest but he really wants to go back to his old weight before he starts lifting weights again. So here I am, still researching and hoping that one of these products / diets can help him achieve his goal. OR I could just hide all the cookie jars and stop buying potato chips .
