Someone overslept a little too much today. In my defense, although I tried to sleep early (around 10:30 PM) last night, I just couldn’t calm down. The husband told me once that  I shouldn’t force myself to sleep so I turned on my phone to continue the book that I was reading. It didn’t help and made me awake even more. I believe I slept at 2AM and been waking up every hour since then. I do have a lot of things on my mind which I’d rather left unsaid because truth be known, they are not exactly the type that will keep you wide awake at night.

I just hope I’ll start to get decent sleep soon. I started seeing small dots on both of my arms yesterday. They resemble the old rashes that I had before which I later found out was pityriasis rosea. I can’t have that again because one, the treatment is too expensive for a lotion (!) and two, it’s hideous. Plus it’s really a threatening disease as it lowers down your immune system. To cut the story short, I need to start leading a healthy life again. No more researching and relying on best weight loss pills and skipping meals to lose weight. I also need to start sleeping early, working out regularly, going out to get some sun, eating a LOT (no problem here!) and just basically do my best to remove stress from my life.
