With the recent disaster left by Ondoy, I realized more the importance of having car insurance. If you’ll look at the photo of a floating car below, you’d feel the same way. My brother-in-law’s car was totally submerged in water too. Fortunately for them, the company where her wife’s working for is willing to shoulder all car repairs.

We’re really blessed to have escaped the typhoon untouched. I hope that the people who lost their homes and belongings will start to get back on their feet soon.

By the way, I saw that some insurance companies are now buying destroyed / flooded cars. You might want to check that out if your car cannot be fixed anymore.
