If I ever get tired of our treadmill, I’ll probably get one of those discount elliptical machines that I’ve been seeing at the mall lately. One of the things that you shouldn’t let happen is to get bored on your exercise routine. Variety is key. In fact, I read on some health articles that you shouldn’t consume the same amount of calories everyday. Let’s say you had 500 for breakfast, make sure that you take higher or lower the next day. That way, your body won’t get used to the amount of calories you’re taking. So yes, an elliptical OR a stationary bike might be the next thing on our list of things to buy after I give birth. I do want to lose all my pregnancy weight by the time the little one turns one year old.
