Sandy is afraid of hand dryers. Weird right? Whenever we enter a public restroom, no matter how lovely, how big or how good the smell of the restroom is, she wouldn’t care if she hears someone using a hand dryer. It’s too bad because a hand dryer usually makes my hand smooth and soft. Lately I’ve been trying to expose her to dryers so she can overcome her fear. Some girls her age love to use it and I make sure to show her how fun it could be. Because of that, she now stands beside me when I need to dry my hands but will still refrain from moving her hands or any part of her body near the vent.
