If there’s one reason why I’ll go back to Balay, it’s their food. It’s soooo good I could still taste them. The rate per head comes with five meals – breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks.

When we arrived at Balay Indang, we were asked to come back to the dining area at 11:30AM so we can have lunch. I admit I was so excited based from other blog posts that I saw and I wasn’t disappointed.

The main house where the dining room is also located.

The pasta was too salty for me but the ingredients are fresh so it’s all good.

Pasta with sun-dried tomatoes

PM SNACK: Arrozcaldo and soda. I was a bit disappointed on this one because I was expecting a halo-halo or mais con yelo. Still, the arrozcaldo was good even if you’re not crazy about eating something hot.
