Have I blogged about The husband’s mission to stay fit lately. No, it’s doesn’t involve diet pills or expensive south beach meals. He’s doing it the hard way. Eating less junk and more healthy food, running every other day, doing ab workout and lifting weights for muscle definition. He said he’s tired of seeing flabs and more importantly, he just wants to be strong. And I not only agree but I love him for trying. This is not the first time that he’s doing something hard just to be healthy. For sure, he will need all his strength now that there’s going to be two girls under his wing.
