… that I lost a total of 28 lbs after giving birth. I’m now down to 136lbs without any effort at all. I’m sure the sleepless nights and the fact that I don’t have any appetite at all helped a lot. My post-pregnancy tummy is starting to look normal too, much to my delight! I so want to try my old outfits but afraid they might not fit me yet. My walking shorts are still a little tight but if I lose a pound or so every week, I have no doubt I’d be back into my old weight by the time Meg reaches her 6th month. 20lbs is still 20lbs so I need to stay positive and perhaps, start hitting the treadmill as soon as I can leave Meg for more than 30 minutes.

But to be honest, I’d be happy to be a little overweight if only we can all have at least three or four nights of decent sleep a week. :)
