I quickly browsed through Malibu Horizon, a rehab facility and all I could think of what – man! they have it better than most families here. Okay, so they are getting treatments like alcohol, prescription drugs or opiate detox but even so, the place is just amazing!

I guess it has to be that way in order for the clients to stay and continue with their treatments. Their mission after all is “healing in a very comfortable, residential setting”. And think about it, who would want to be treated in a place that resembles prison?
