So much for my friend’s best fat burning supplement rave on Facebook. After being vigilant for two weeks on what she eats, she’s now back to not caring whether she gain weight or not. I can’t blame her, really. To deprive one’s self with food is a sin. Especially when the world is filled with so much culinary goodness, it’s just unacceptable not to try at least half of what you’re being offered. Seriously though, as long as you are healthy (not obese and not anorexic), I think you should leave the dieting to the supermodels.
