Saw this with friends over the weekend. I was so excited after carefully reading all the reviews. Carefully, meaning I tried to skip over the parts where there are spoilers because I want to experience it without knowing what will happen next. It was pretty good. I was a bit disappointed how short it was. Good thing we got the tickets at a 50% off. The music was pretty amazing but it can get a bit loud. My heart was thumping so hard I wasn’t sure if I could take it anymore! I’m a bit claustrophobic at times so when they started lowering down the plexiglass for the water show, I had to grab the husband’s hand to calm myself. The water show was great! Definitely worth the price. The other scenes, you can’t help but dance with them. I’ve always liked shows where the crowd goes wild with the performers but only if EVERYONE does it. Which was exactly how it was last weekend. Everyone was on fire, jumping and dancing. Feeling scared and excited. It was really a feast for the senses. Dream-like scenes, surreal movements, trance music at its best.

This is just the start of the many Christmas parties that we’re planning to attend this year. Lots of my friends are asking, why so early? The reason is because everyone’s just so busy during December weekends that the first week of November was the only date that we can all get together. And get together, we did! The afternoon was filled with so many laughter, shouts and happy smiles from the kids who got not just one but too-many-to-count gifts from all our friends, both local and overseas.

For classic DVDs (the ones that I’ve been trying to collect for so long), I got some Buy.com coupons that will cut down the total cost to about $50. It’s a great steal considering these are hard-to-find DVD titles. For jewelries and watches, I found a long list of Amazon coupon codes ranging from 10% to 90% discount.

I’m choosing between a 14k White Gold Black Diamond studs or the 4 1/2 Carat Blue Topaz in sterling silver. The one on the photo above is white gold and too expensive for me. If I see a cheaper version but of good quality, then I’d be one happy woman this Christmas.
